Robbie Williams (a former member of the British teen group, Take That) was seen being tickled in a teen magazine picture by his fellow band members.
Raoul Bova (actor) looking pretty tickled, while his dog licks his neck.

Reynaldo Gianicchini (actor) haas had his feet tickled a couple ot times on TV. 1st time was in a TV show, where a guy was lting across him and started poking and tickling the tops, toes and sides of his feet. 2nd time was on a Brazilian show, where a female host tickled Reynaldo's bare foot for a few seconds, geting a great response, laughter and some words in the vein of "OK, OK... that's enough!"

A Brazilian magazine did an article on Reynaldo, called (translated) "In Private with... Reynaldo Gianiccini" where they asked him some intimate questions. One being:


Q:Where are your ticklish spots?
R: All over. I'm very ticklish everywhere. My feet, my ribs, my neck... Just everywhere!

Ryan Seacrest (host of American Idol) is ticklish... he was tickled by Randy and SImon in the finale of AI Season 2. Also in another episode, Simon tickled him on the ribs, making him laugh and squirm.
Russell Crowe (actor) was asked if his ticklish, during an Oprah Specials for the Oscars, last year:
