AJ Hammer (CNN show host) did a comment on Ellen DeGeneres's show, when she tried to tickle Michael Chiklis's feet, suggesting he has very ticklish feet. On Showbiz Tonight a reporter on CNN ws talking about the talk show clip of the day. It was the Ellen Degeneres tickling Michael Chiklis's foot. CNN has a transcript of part of Ellen's show and an interesting comment from AJ Hammer (the host) about the incident. He simply emplies he himself is very ticklish on his feet.:

CNN Host: All right. We all know Michael Chiklis as Detective Vic Mackey, the tough as nails cop from "The Shield." But is he ticklish? Ellen finds out on the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" in our "Talk of the Day." (BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
ELLEN DEGENERES, TALK SHOW HOST: You`re not ticklish at all?
MICHAEL CHIKLIS, ACTOR: I am not.
DEGENERES: In no way?
CHIKLIS: In no way ticklish.
DEGENERES: Take off -- take off this shoe.
CHIKLIS: Are you serious?
DEGENERES: Yes.
CHIKLIS: All right. OK. I`ve got to go straight to...
DEGENERES: Will you take your socks off?
CHIKLIS: No, I have the ugliest Fred Flintstone feet in the history - - oh, my God.
DEGENERES: He wouldn`t take them off.
ANNOUNCER: The results are in. Chiklis, not ticklish.

AJ HAMMER: I would have hit the floor in the first two seconds!

Ainslie Henderson (singer) appeared on UK's Fame Academy and was tickled by the other contestants on one episode. They held him down and tickled him all over, making him laugh and plead for them to stop. Ainslie was very ticklish everywhere.

Update: When question whether he has ticklish feet on his official myspace page, Ainslie responded:

That is a curious question, do i have ticklish feet? I'm not exactly sure, i actually have no memory of ever having my feet tickled. I'm generally a bit weird about being touched, so i expect so. I sometimes think i would like to be a more touchy person, i visited a friend recently who is one of those people who is able to put his hands on people in a really warm, casual way, do you know what i mean? He would not have ticklish feet.

Adrian Pasdar (actor) was having a tickle fight with "Heroes" co-star Masi Oka and proved to be very ticklish. Pasdar's proven on many occasions that he loves tickling with his co-stars.

A.J. Benza (host of E! show “Mysteries & Scandals”) Was asked in a E! On-Line Q & A session the question “Are you ticklish and if so where?” A.J. responded that he is ticklish under his arms. He also said that when he is being fitted for a suit, if the tailor pokes him in the sides, he’ll giggle.: "Under the arms. My ankles. And whenever a tailor pokes his finger in my waistline, I giggle."

Aaron Carter (pop star) Was asked “Are you ticklish?” in a Noggin.com chat. Aaron responded that he is “only ticklish in one spot.”

Adam Curry (former MTV VJ in the 80’s) stated he was ticklish on his feet and sides in response to an e-mail question sent directly to him.

Alex Michel (from ABC’s “The Bachelor”) Alex was in an AOL Live chat session and he was asked, “Are you ticklish and if so, where?” His response was “Yes, I am! All over.”

Adrian Paul (actor, Highlander) was asked on his official site if he's ticklish and where. He responded "It depends on my mood and who's tickling me, but, yeah, I'm actually quite ticklish, especially on my feet and ribs...lol, tickling means lots of giggling and squirming that's for sure!"

Adam Garcia (actor) On his official website, Adam was asked if he is ticklish. He said, “Maybe. Maybe a little here, maybe a little there. No, it depends on the weather, the mood I’m in and how much pent up anger I’ve got and then sometimes I’m ticklish.

Adam Rickitt (British stage and screen actor) Was asked if he is ticklish and where in a Q & A session on his web page. He stated, “Most ticklish on my sides, much to my family’s amusement when I was younger.”
Aries Monroe (Canadian football player) In a news article, it was brought up that Aries was being punished for being late to practice. Apparently, he was tied up with tape (with his arms above his head) and tickled by several members of a women’s volleyball team. Aries mentioned that he hates being tickled.
Andrew W.K. (musician) Andrew was in an AOL Live chat (May 2002) and he was asked to reveal if he is ticklish and where. He said that tickling is mind over matter and when he isn’t in the right mindset, he can be very ticklish all over.

Andrew Lawrence (youngest of the Lawrence brothers) During an E! on line chat, Joey Lawrence was asked which Lawrence brother is most ticklish and he gave away the info that his little brother Andy is the most ticklish by far.

Alexander Vaughan (singer) was asked if his feet are ticklish on his official myspace and he replied: "Yes, my feet are ticklish. But I'm not much for being tickled."

Anthony Stewart Head (British actor on Buffy the Vampire Slayer) was asked in an on-line interview (on Yahoo!) if he is ticklish and he said, “Yeah, I’m ticklish- on my ribs and feet.” Transcript:

Ashley Parker Angel (member of the group O-Town, now solo Singer) Ashley was asked in an E! on-line Q & A session if he is ticklish and where. Ashley stated, “I am very ticklish on the sides of my stomach.” Ashley was also asked in another chat if he has ticklish feet and he responded, “Actually, I do!”

A week ago I was in Times Square durung TRL. I was selected by MTV to be a part of the studio audience, but Carson Daly wasn't hosting, the guest host was the band "O-Town" (from tht TV reality series "Making the Band"). The studio was really small so everyone was sort of crowded in, the guys kept bringing up more fans from Times Square until the studio was packed. I wasn't totally dissappointed when I found out Carson wasn' t hosting, the band-members were very atractive especially Ashley the blonde haired, blue-eyed guy. Ashley was getting cocky with the girls (showing them his boxers, etc.) I think this upset the other band members, because in the end they all (Dan, Trevor, Jacob) jumped on Ashley and Erik started tickling him, Ashley began howling (he was so ticklish I thought I'd died and gone to heaven). The studio was packed and two girls started helping Erik tickle Ashley so I joined in and began tickling aswell! Ashly was tickled in his armpitts, ribs, stomach, sides, it was amazing. He was roaring with laughter uncontrolably jerking. We finally stopped, but Ashley did'nt seem mad at the group (though he vowed vengence on Erik. The worst part was that the amazing tickling scene ended up on the cutting room floor, it was edited out (the best parts of the show are what you don't see). This expierience was amazing, it has yet to be matched! > It seemed like eternity to me, but he was tickled during the second to last music video, which was about 2-3 minutes.> Ashley's armpitts were the most ticklish (that's were Erik was tickling him), his ribs ans abs were almost as ticklish, he was so ticklish on his upper body, I imagine he's ticklish all over

Art Mann (reporter on E! and host) Was asked the question “Are you ticklish?” through e-mail and he responded by saying that he is ticklish on his, “feet, palms, and neck.”

Where do you come up with a ? like this anyway? Umm.....feet, palms, neck.

Arnaud Clement (Tennis Player) admited being ticklish on a chat. His ticklishness appears as a fact on a fan site of his: http://www.freewebs.com/arnaudclement/profile.htm It states:

Andrew Keegan (actor in TV and movies)—stated in an interview in a teen magazine that he is very ticklish.

Anthony Kiedis (singer for the Red Hot Chilli Peppers) stated on an article, that he and the other guys "love to explore each other's ticklishness" and that "I didn't know I can be that ticklish!"
Anthony Costa (Singer, boyband Blue) had his ribs tickled during a photoshoot by band-mate Lee Ryan
Andy Roddick (Tennis Player) on Andy's official site was posted a later in which was stated that Andy gets tickled a lot under the arms (where he's most ticklish) by his nieces and nephews. "After his late night on stage, he visits his nieces and nephews the next day and they know just how to get Uncle Andy flopping around like a fish. Tickle him under his arms!"

And here's some cool info about Mr Roddick's ticklish feet:
